Ann Speight - Ann employs her two daughters alongside an excellent, trusted workforce to provide exceptional childcare throughout Horsforth.
Ann started her career in childcare over 35 years ago when her own children were young. She soon became one of the most sought after childminders in the area, employing assistants and administrators to keep up with the massive demand for her imaginative, caring, flexible and professional approach.
In 2005, Ann decided that it was no longer possible to run such a large business from home, and Prospect House was born.
All new staff must undergo a range of security checks including DBS checks, reference and qualification checks and successfully complete a period of induction training with our dedicated trainer during their probation period.
